In fall 2025, Kaiser’s Room unveiled a new mural celebrating a decade of service and the transformative power of creative connection. Designed as a tribute to inclusive expression, the mural was created in collaboration with Colossal to spark joy, foster belonging, and uplift individuals on the Autism spectrum and with other developmental delays.

As part of Colossal’s Start Today collaboration with El Centro, we’d create a permanent mural installation at El Centro’s Echo Park headquarters, where it would be proudly displayed above the main entrance. 

With artwork created by the center’s own volunteers and artists, the mural features portraits and stories that honor specific members of El Centro’s youth program – capturing meaningful, real-life moments and brightly celebrating the vibrancy of the community it serves. 

You can’t build a Colossal legacy without collaboration. You might build something big (at best), but if you aspire to greatness, huge-ness, Colossal-ness, then consider this: it takes strong community ties, centrally located canvases, the best clients in the business, and an unwavering commitment to craft.
