Answer: Shop small.

In vibrant celebration of small businesses and community, two artists local to Boston and New York City designed murals featuring specific products available at nearby storefronts in their cities. Passersby were then encouraged to shop the products using Google Lens – by pointing their camera at the product, they could seamlessly complete an online transaction. The triumphant final compositions served as colorful and compelling calls to action for Boston and New York audiences to support their city and stay unique by shopping small.

The artists, Kitkat Pecson and Julia Emiliani, were selected by Colossal Studios and Google for their unique styles, bold sense of color, and animated illustration technique. Colossal Studios was then able to work closely with each artist to deliver a stunning final product uniquely fit to their Colossal walls.
