Oscar de la Renta chose Colossal as its very first out-of-home partner. The fashion brand was looking for a way to showcase its 2019 Spring collection in a way that felt different and innovative, but still premium.

The most important element in the campaign artwork was the new TRO handbag. Its vivid paprika color had to be matched exactly — a move we were able to pull off in the mixing room at 1109.

 

Colossal produced video and photo content to reveal the colorful process behind the scenes. Our content producers shadowed our painters’ every move, scaling buildings and flying drones to document each bright brushstroke.

 

LUX LOOKS

The digital content prompted exclamations of approval from thousands of Instagram followers. Everyone was eager to see the final product — exit rate on Instagram Stories was lower than average, as people were captivated by the story after seeing the first frame.
