First Wall 2022

Call us hopeless romantics, but we believe in love at first sight. In 2022, our first Williamsburg wall for Cartier began a beautiful partnership. That first mural quickly led to a permanent placement on one of our iconic SoHo canvases, paying tribute to Cartier’s rich heritage and profound connection to New York City. With six designs adorning the Manhattan wallscape, three murals on the original Williamsburg wall, two boutique facades in New York and Los Angeles, 686 diamonds and 100 gallons of gold paint… it’d be fair to say that in 2023 Colossal painted the town Cartier red.

An MFour study conducted on the SoHo wall’s performance was further proof that our brands have something special. The data revealed a hand-paint specific lift so high, our hearts skipped a beat:
