We’ve had the privilege of partnering with MoMA PS1 on hand-painted advertising campaigns for over a decade. Throughout our partnership, we’ve also had the opportunity to paint their iconic Long Island City façade. It started with several iterations of a crisp clean logo over the years, but in 2021, MoMA PS1 dedicated its giant canvas to delivering a message of support to NYC artists. As a member of the NYC artist community ourselves, it only seemed fitting to commission Colossal. We were honored by the ask.
