The summer after Hurricane Sandy, Colossal painted three buildings at the Rockaway Boardwalk to help the Parks Department breathe new life into the neighborhood. “We required large-scale signage for a very public time-sensitive project,” said a representative from Sage & Coombe Architects, who commissioned the work. “Colossal was able to provide for our aesthetic and scheduling needs in all respects. Starting with us as architects and all the way to the end users in the local community, everyone involved in the project has been greatly impressed by the quality of their work.”
