We just returned from Austria where we painted a large wall for the Famous Austrian artist Gottfried Helnwein. It was our first trip working overseas and everything went down without a hitch. This was the first time Gottfried had one of his large scale installations hand painted and he was extremely happy with the result. The local press went to town and the wall was featured in over a dozen local newspapers & magazines.
The wall was completed in under a week, leaving lots of time to explore Vienna:
Pat, Paul, Nora, Adrian, Austin & Charlie in front of the completed wall.
Vienna's grand slam breakfast: Goulash, sausage, fried egg and a pickle.
The wide rig was nice.
Paul & Austin flew their wives out to hang with out after the finished. This is on top of an old Nazi bunker turned into a giant aquarium.
The finished wall with text (translation: The long breath gets shorter) The wall was a public service announcement for climate change.
Prost!
