Vanity Fair and Cadillac partnered to transform the urban landscape through a larger than life art installation. The Art in the Streets 2012 project entailed finding an artist and the perfect blank canvas to create and unveil a piece of original art.
The collaborative duo turned to legendary street artist Barry McGee, a.k.a. Twist, as the artist for the mural. The wall chosen, on the Mark Morris Dance Center, proved to be the perfect location to showcase Barry's creation. The wall is in the center of a Downtown Brooklyn cultural hub and steps to the brand new Barclays Center.
